How much storage space do I have?
The available storage space depends on your subscription plan. You can view your current usage in the "My Account" section of the dashboard.
If you approach your storage limit, we will send you notifications. You will not be able to upload new videos until you free up space or upgrade your plan.
Yes, you can increase your storage space by upgrading to a higher plan at any time from the subscriptions section of your account.
You can free up space by deleting videos you no longer need or reducing the quality of some existing videos from the video management section.

How can I control who sees my videos?
STRIMY offers several privacy options: Public (anyone can see the video), Unlisted (only people with the link can see it), and Private (only you can see it). You can change the settings when uploading the video or from the edit page.
Yes, you can change the privacy settings of any video at any time. Simply go to the video edit page and select the privacy option you want.
Videos & Upload
STRIMY supports the most popular professional video formats: MP4 (H.264/H.265), MOV, AVI, MKV and WMV. For the best streaming quality, we recommend uploading in MP4 with H.264 encoding. If you work with ProRes or RAW files, convert them first using HandBrake or Adobe Media Encoder. Once uploaded, STRIMY automatically processes your video to HLS for adaptive streaming on any device.
The maximum file size depends on your plan. All plans allow files up to 5 GB per video. Upload is done via multipart upload, ensuring stability even on slow connections.
When you upload a video, STRIMY automatically transcodes it to HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) format at its original resolution, up to 4K. This means your video is split into small segments and the player selects the optimal quality based on the viewer's connection. The result: smooth playback without buffering, on any device \u2014 mobile, tablet, computer or Smart TV.
Processing time depends on the video's duration and resolution. A 5-minute 1080p video usually takes between 2 and 5 minutes. 4K videos may take longer. You'll receive a notification when processing is complete.

You can create individual portfolios to organize your videos by project, client or category. Each portfolio can be public, private or password-protected, and you can customize it with different templates (Netflix, Grid, Carousel, Minimal, etc.). You can also group multiple portfolios into collections to present several projects on a single page.

Yes, we offer a 30 days free trial with 1 GB of storage included. No credit card required to sign up. During the trial you can upload videos, create custom portfolios, share your public profile and access all platform features. When it ends, you can choose a plan starting from \u20ac4.99/mo.
Yes, you can upgrade or change your plan at any time from the subscriptions section. When switching, the new plan will be applied from your next renewal.
We accept payments through PayPal, our secure payment gateway. You can pay with your PayPal account or with a credit/debit card through PayPal. All payments are annual.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. Your videos will remain stored.

Distribution is done through Amazon CloudFront CDN, a global server network that ensures the fastest possible playback from any country. Your videos are protected with signed URLs and encryption in transit.
Yes, STRIMY uses multiple layers of protection: segmented HLS streaming (the video is never sent as a single file), signed URLs with time expiration, iframe injection protection and Content Security Policies (CSP). While no system is 100% foolproof, these measures significantly hinder unauthorized downloading.
Yes, STRIMY offers an official WordPress plugin that lets you embed videos in your posts and pages with a single click. It includes a native Gutenberg block and classic shortcode support.
